What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% No Hassle, Satisfaction Guarantee on all Strauss Naturals products. Please return the unused portion with your receipt to the place of purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
How do I return my Strauss Naturals product?

If you purchased Strauss products from your local retailer, please return item with original receipt to place of purchase to claim your refund. Your local retailer can contact Strauss for reimbursement.

If you ordered directly from Strauss Naturals, please send a refund request to info@straussnaturals.com and we’ll be happy to address your concerns and refund your purchase in a timely manner.

We do need a few simple questions answered:
  •     Customer name and phone number
  •     Product, flavour, size
  •     Product Lot Number and Expiry Date
  •     Reason for Return
Can I return it if I don’t like the taste?
Yes, but we strongly suggest that if you are struggling with the taste, try taking the minimum dose or dilute it in a little liquid,  water or juice until you get used to it.
