Recommended Dose: Adults shake well take 1.0 ml – 2.5 ml, sublingually, 3 times daily. May dilute in a small amount of liquid. Store away from children in original container out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anemia, bleeding/clotting disorders, stomach ulcer, diabetes or if you are taking other medications and/or supplements. Consult with a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Hypersensitivity/allergic reactions are known to occur; headaches, dizziness, light-headed-ness and thirst may occur, in which case reduce the dosage or discontinue use.
Contra-Indications: Do not take if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or within 24 hours of surgery.
